Repaired leak in master shower. Removed tile. Repaired damaged drywall. Retiled and regrouted. Went very well. Had to wait a couple of weeks to fit into his work schedule. He was booked very heavily due to Angie's List coupon :-). He did have an opening and fit us in sooner than he expected. He was professional and did a good job. He cleaned up after himself as well.

Installed  6 water cut off valves and changed out 3 faucets. Did an excellent job. Showed up on time, had all the necessary tools and parts and completed the job in 3 hours.

During a recent rainstorm we noticed some water trickling from a wall in our garage. Further inspection showed that the siding on the exterior wall had rotted at the point of a downspout, allowing water into the garage. We called a couple of siding companies, but found that none of them do siding repairs, only full-blown replacements. So we checked Angie's List and called M&M. Mike was able to come out and estimate the job within a few days. We had to schedule the job about a month out, which wasn't surprising given it's the busiest time of the year for outdoor work. The job itself went very smoothly. Mike and a co-worker arrived right on time in the morning and had it knocked out by early afternoon.

Installed weather stripping on three doors, painted 3 partial walls where there were cracks, painted several unfinished baseboards. We thought Michael did an excellent job!  The painting was done professionally, and thorough.  He caulked around several of the outside doors so air wouldn't come from the area, also. I picked up the weather stripping and paint to save time.  We would definitely use Michael again.

Replaced framing around windows to repair wood rot damage, replaced guttering damaged from foundation problems, painted the framing and the guttering. I was extremely impressed with my all-round experience with Mike and his crew.  Not only did he give me a reasonably priced estimate but the final cost came in under it!  How many times does that happen?  Not only did he arrive on time but he was early for the scheduled appointment!  How many times does that happen?  Mike was injured on the job and should've perhaps gone to the emergency room but he worked through it.  Mike was extremely professional with everything that was done and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a contractor (and I could tell you some horror stories!).  I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Mike.

M&M, Mike and Tim, removed old shower tile and replaced with new tile, installed a new shower stall and replaced old faucets. Removed wallpaper and painted bathroom walls. Attached small light fixture to ceiling. Hung blinds in bathroom. Mike and Tim arrived when they said they would and worked steadily and professionally until jobs were finished. They are ultra-considerate and protected the house very well and cleaned up. I already have a new list of work for them and would recommend them.
